As someone who travels quite frequently, it’s not always possible to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is especially true when you’re always on the go and barely have time to rest, grabbing whatever food or drink is nearby to sustain you. Having recently come back home from a trip to Madrid and Lisbon, I wanted to try something that would help with the bloated feeling I was getting and help me sleep better so I could recharge my batteries. That’s when I stumbled upon the Cleansing Tea Kit by ReadySlim.

There are a lot of brands out there claiming to have teas and other supplements that help cleanse the body of its toxins, and at the same time help you to lose weight. Unfortunately many of those products tend to have unnatural elements to them that I personally don’t want to consume. I always end up bloated while I’m travelling, so my main goal when I’m at home is to eliminate that feeling rather than to lose weight. After reading about ReadySlim and their teas having all natural ingredients, I had to try them out. Here’s my ReadySlim Cleansing Tea review.

Who is ReadySlim?

ReadySlim is a health and wellness brand that helps to empower both women and men to live a healthier lifestyle. They sell only the highest quality detox + keto products that can easily fit into anyone’s busy schedule. Whether it’s lack of sleep, a weak immune system, or digestion problems, ReadySlim’s cleansing teas are designed to help with all of that - and then some.

What products does ReadySlim have?

ReadySlim currently has two types of cleansing teas on the market: Wakey Wakey Morning Cleansing Tea and Snoozzzy Night Cleansing Tea. These can be purchased separately or together in the Cleansing Tea Kit. They also have bundles available which includes one of their foldable water bottles. Or you can treat yourself to a tote bag and snail tea bag holders.

Where is ReadySlim based?

They are based in the USA, but use global ingredients in their teas. They currently ship to the US and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. Shipping times will vary based on your geographical location but should take no more than two weeks to arrive if you’re outside of the US mainland.

Is ReadySlim safe?

Yes, ReadySlim is perfectly safe to consume. Both of their teas are made with an organic tea blend containing natural botanicals. There are no natural laxatives, like senna leaf, in their teas as that’s only a short term solution to weight loss. ReadySlim recommends pairing their teas with a well-balanced diet and exercise in order to feel the effects of the teas in a natural way.

ReadySlim Cleansing Tea Review

Wakey Wakey Morning Cleansing Tea

The Wakey Wakey Morning Cleansing Tea from ReadySlim includes no less than 8 organic and metabolism-boosting herbs which help to reduce bloating and rid the body of toxins. Organic apple, ginger, milk thistle, and Yerba mate are just some of the ingredients in this tea - and the combination is amazing!

Wakey Wakey

This morning cleansing tea is ideally taken, as the name suggests, in the morning to kickstart your day. As well as relieving bloating and reducing toxins in the body, this tea blend also helps to give you a natural boost throughout the day, so you can say goodbye to pesky jitters. Being self-employed and travelling all the time means that I’m constantly tired regardless of how much sleep I get. Having taken this tea for a week, I do feel slightly more energetic during the day, and find myself concentrating better on my writing assignments.

ReadySlim’s morning cleansing tea is perfect if you’re constantly on the go and tend to have an unbalanced lifestyle, as the handpicked herbs help the body to reset as you go on with your day to day activities. Not everyone has the time to hit the gym for an hour or two per day and create healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That’s why ReadySlim’s morning tea is a helpful addition to my diet - it’s quick and easy to make.

The Wakey Wakey Morning Cleansing Tea retails at $39.99 for a one-time purchase, or $31.20 for a monthly subscription, and each package contains 28 tea bags.

Snoozzzy Night Cleansing Tea

ReadySlim have got your evenings covered as well. I don’t normally take tea on my travels with me, but the Snoozzzy Night Cleansing Tea from ReadySlim works like a charm. The tea includes 9 organic and sleep-inducing herbs, which have all been handpicked. Organic chamomile, peppermint, nettle leaf, orange peel, and lavender are all included in this blend - so you can imagine how soothing it is.

Snoozzzy

Much like the morning cleansing tea, Snoozzzy works to eliminate toxins and reduce bloating while you sleep, but it also helps to improve your sleep quality. Whether you’re a traveller like me, someone who works from home, or a parent who doesn’t have a minute to themselves, you’ll no doubt try anything to get a good night’s sleep. Luckily, I’ve tested this tea myself and can say with confidence that I’ve managed to fall asleep faster than usual and haven’t woken up once in the middle of the night. And that is exactly why this tea comes with me everywhere!

Snoozzzy is caffeine-free and contains no laxatives, so you’re sure to have a pleasant sleep. It also helps to boost your metabolism which is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and be less susceptible to catching the flu. The great thing about Snoozzzy, apart from its calming smell while it’s being brewed and its soothing flavour, is that it can be drunk either hot or cold depending on your preference, and it tastes the same either way. There are a lot of night teas out there that claim to provide you with a deep and full night’s sleep, but Snoozzzy by ReadySlim is so far the only one that has worked for me - and is all-natural too!

The Snoozzzy Night Cleansing Tea from ReadySlim also retails at $39.99 for a one-time purchase, or $31.20 for a monthly subscription, and each package contains 14 tea bags.

Final Thoughts on ReadySlim

I’ve been very impressed with both the morning and evening tea cleanses so far. I’ve felt some of my bloating go away which builds up when I’m travelling, and at the same time I’m able to concentrate more on my work and have an overall deeper night's sleep. For me, the teas do exactly what they claim to and the mixture of organic herbs in the teas makes for a pleasant drinking experience, unlike many other tea blends.

These cleansing teas are great separately, but together they help to round off a well-balanced lifestyle, even for the most busy of people. ReadySilm’s Cleansing Tea Kit includes both sets of teas at a discounted rate, which works out cheaper than purchasing them separately. I would highly recommend trying them together to feel the full effects of the natural hand picked herbs. The teabags can easily be taken on the go as well, whether to the office, on a school run, or on your travels (like me).

Bonus: Grab yourself some of their adorable snail tea bag holders so you never have to lose your string in the hot water again!
